Even a message is “sent”, the terminal recipient may not be able to receive it.
End user who registers a specific phrase or outgoing number on the domestic KISA spam blacklist will not receive text messages.
Spam filtering and spam blocking (SKT, KT, LG U+) automatically sign up for all customers of mobile carriers.
Different carriers have different types of spam blocking settings, so even the same carrier has different recipient settings depending on whether or not they receive text messages.
If the recipient does not receive the requested text, he or she needs to check the following settings.
1) Text spam box
2) Carrier spam application (download carrier application used in the app store)
