South Korea only support numeric Sender ID and depends on the entity available in Korea, the Sender ID can be different.
The Sender ID instructions are as below:
1) Korea to Korea
-> only pre register Sender ID in SureM (SuperM) side can send the messages.
-> the reason is to prevent malicious attempt in sending the traffic using Sender ID that is not owned by the actual owner.
2) Overseas to Korea
-> depends on the entity available in Korea, the Sender ID will be different.
a) if there is entity in Korea
-> Client can send Korean Operator Number Registration Certificate (?듭떊?ъ떎?⑹쬆紐낆꽌) to SureM and we will register the phone number as it is.
b) if there is no entity in Korea
-> Client can use 1811-xxxx representative number supported by SureM
or,
-> Client can send the traffic using 009 prefix or 00777 prefix.
Regarding the prefix features please contact SureM manager at intlsales@surem.com
