1) What is 080 toll free number?
-> Recipient will not be charged with any cost if making a call to the provided 080 toll free in order to opt out from marketing message in South Korea
2) What is the regulations before sending marketing traffic?
-> Allow to send between 8AM ~ 9PM KST
-> Should input title (愿묎퀬) and 臾대즺?섏떊嫄곕? or known as opt out in the message content
-> Should input dedicated 080 toll free number with opt out title in the end of message
-> Request back to the related 080 toll free number when recipient has decide to re-opt in
