SureM (SuperM) Precautions When Sending Messages to South Korea

Hello,

We would like to guide you regarding unreceived SMS to South Korea despite of “Delivery” result.

According to KISA (Korea Information Security Agency), in order to filter clean and sensitive traffic, they have to distinguish the words registered and proceed them to SPAM Filtering box.

SPAM Filtering box can be found on the App store of each provider that end user use.

The reason why the messages goes into SPAM box is due to sensitive contents that are not coordinate with Korean Operator and KISA regulations.
