Today we would like to inform you about Precautions for Similar Investment Messages in South Korea.
Sanctions if there is any stock or investment as below points (Add on 18/8/2020)
A) Standard criteria : 1+2 or 1+3 as sanctions
1. Sender ID is phone number or 070 number
2. If the message include URL inviting to a certain group chat through kakao, instagram etc
3. If the message include impersonation of financial company (bank, card, securities company etc)
B) Sanctions criteria : if the message is reported more than 10 times
1. 1st action : reported number will be removed and account 30% disabled
2. 2nd action : reported number will be removed and account 50% disabled
3. 3rd action : all account will be disabled (SID will be removed)
C) Release condition : account will be release back to normal 1 (one) month after being temporarily disabled
